How it works
How Rainy Rewards work
- 1Tell us about your venue. Address and opening hours pin you to a forecast point and set when the rain counts.
- 2Set up an offer. 2 for 1, a fixed freebie, money off: whatever you'd rather give away than have an empty room.
- 3We do the rest. The morning the forecast passes your trigger, everyone tracking you gets the Rainy Reward and shows it to your staff.
How Rainy Refunds work
Your attendees add rain cover when they buy their ticket. If enough rain is forecast on the day, their money comes back automatically: no claim form, nothing for you to handle. Rain or shine, they book with more confidence.
The forecast we use
The Met Office forecast for the exact location, checked every morning. Both products watch the same one: Rainy Rewards to decide whether today is on, Rainy Refunds to decide whether an attendee's covered day pays out.
